We collect very little about you, we never sell it, and you can make us forget it.

1. Who we are

This policy covers onlydolls.studio and its subdomains, our forms, contests and events, our Patreon, our social accounts, and any email you exchange with us. The controller of your personal data is 주식회사 온리돌스 (OnlyDolls Inc.), Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: onlydolls.qr@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• What you give us. Contest entries, form answers, votes, fan submissions (including original characters and artwork), messages and emails, plus the email address, name or handle you attach to them.
• Supporter details. If you back us on Patreon, Patreon shares your name, email, pledge tier and history, and, for physical rewards, your shipping address and phone number. Payments are processed by Patreon. We never see your card or bank details.
• Sign-in details. If you sign in to a members area on our sites with Patreon, we receive your Patreon ID, name and membership status, and keep a record of rewards you have earned.
• Technical data. Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and keeps aggregate, cookie-free page-view statistics. Our sites may store small preferences in your browser (for example, a setting you picked). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, sexuality, gender identity, or government ID numbers). Please don't send it to us. If you do, we will delete it.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To run what you signed up for, such as contests, votes, giveaways and members areas, and to deliver rewards and prizes (to perform our agreement with you).
• To credit you by name or handle where you asked to be credited or have won (your consent).
• To reply to you, keep our services secure and prevent abuse such as ballot-stuffing (our legitimate interests).
• To keep tax, accounting and other records the law requires (legal obligation).

We do not sell or rent personal data, share it for targeted advertising, make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, or use your personal data to train AI models.

4. Who else handles it

Service providers process data on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide their service: Google (Forms, Drive, Gmail), Patreon (memberships and payments), Vercel (website hosting), FormSubmit (the contact form on this site) and couriers (reward delivery). We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a successor if the company is reorganised or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. International transfers

Some providers store data outside Korea, mainly in the United States. By using our services you acknowledge this transfer. We rely on each provider's contractual and security safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

• Contest, vote and form entries: until the event ends and credits or prizes are delivered, then deleted within 6 months. Winning names and credits we publish may stay public.
• Shipping details: until delivery is confirmed, then deleted within 3 months.
• Supporter records: for as long as you are a patron, then as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 5 years under Korean law).
• Emails and messages: as long as needed to handle the matter.

7. Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, and our accounts are protected with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before). Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those laws define it. Email onlydolls.qr@gmail.com; we answer within 10 days, and we may need to verify it's you. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Age

Our events and forms are open to people aged 14 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14; under Korean law that requires a parent's consent. Some of our content, including certain Patreon rewards, is for adults only and is age-restricted on the platforms where it appears. If you believe a child under 14 has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Other sites

Our pages link to platforms like Patreon, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Bluesky. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Google API data

Our internal tools access our own Google account through Google APIs to manage our forms and files. Data obtained this way is used only for the purposes in this policy, is not transferred to third parties except as described above, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. Our use of that data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and announced where reasonable. Continued use after that means the updated policy applies. If there is any inconsistency between language versions, the Korean version prevails for users in Korea.
